The CTC is subject to experience, current remuneration, place of posting and SBI's applicable terms.

Key Eligibility Highlights

Head – Sales: MBA/PGDM preferred; minimum 15 years' post-qualification experience, including substantial experience leading wealth-management/retail-banking sales teams.

Product Lead: MBA/PGDM or CA/CFA; minimum 5 years' relevant experience in equity research/products in wealth management, AMC or banking.

Manager – Business Process: MBA/PGDM; minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in banking/wealth management/broking.

Project Development Manager – Technology: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM; minimum 4 years' experience in banking technology.

COT Support: Graduate; minimum 3 years' experience in financial services/investment advisory/private banking/wealth management, including relevant central-operations experience.

Content Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/Advertising or related field; 5–7 years' relevant experience in content production, digital operations or creative coordination.
