 Multiple District Cooperative Central Banks (DCCBs) across Andhra Pradesh have issued recruitment notifications inviting online applications from dynamic and eligible local candidates. The direct recruitment is being carried out for the positions of Staff Assistant and Assistant Manager.

💰 Pay Scale & Monthly Emoluments

• Assistant Manager: The scale of pay is ₹40480-2000/11-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/5-80560 (19 stages) plus stagnation increments. At present, the total starting emoluments are approximately ₹62,571/- per month (inclusive of DA & HRA).

• Staff Assistant: The scale of pay is ₹24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480 (20 stages) plus stagnation increments. At present, the total starting emoluments are approximately ₹47,000/- per month (inclusive of DA & HRA).

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Open Market Candidates)

1. Domicile / Local Status Rule

All positions are strictly localized to their respective districts. Only candidates local to the erstwhile district area (domicile holders) are eligible to apply. Local candidature is verified via continuous school study certificates (minimum 4 consecutive years ending with SSC) or revenue residence proofs.

2. Age Limit (As on June 01, 2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Upper Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years; BC candidates get 3 years; PwBD candidates get 10 to 15 years depending on category.

3. Educational Qualification (As on July 24, 2026)

• Staff Assistant: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Essential requirements include a working knowledge of computers and proficiency in English along with the local language (Telugu).

• Assistant Manager: Graduation with First Class in any discipline OR Graduation with High Second Class in Commerce (aggregate marks of 55% and above) OR any Post Graduate Degree. Working knowledge of computers, fluency in English, and proficiency in Telugu are mandatory.

📝 Selection Process & Exam Patterns

Final selection is strictly determined by individual rank in the Online Written Test. There are no interviews for either post.

• Medium of Test: English only.

• Negative Marking: One-fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

A. Exam Structure: Staff Assistant

(Total Time: Composite 120 Minutes)

1. Reasoning: 40 Qs / 50 Marks

2. Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Qs / 50 Marks

🛠️ Special Instructions for PACS In-Service Candidates

Permanent employees of primary cooperative societies affiliated with their respective DCCBs can apply through the reserved PACS service window:

• Minimum Continuous Service: Must have completed at least 10 years of permanent service in PACS as on the date of notification. (Note: Visakhapatnam DCCB requires a reduced minimum service of 06 years).

• Educational Criteria: Intermediate education along with JDC/HDC/DCRS or any Graduation degree.

• Maximum Age Ceiling: Upper limit relaxed up to 45 years for OC candidates, with a hard maximum boundary of 50 years across all combinations of relaxations.

• PACS Exam Pattern: One paper based on the Working and Functions of PACS consisting of 50 questions worth 100 Marks over a composite duration of 60 minutes. The official preparation resource is the Certified PACS Secretary (CPS) study material (4 modules).

• SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: ₹590/- (including GST)

2. Click "APPLY ONLINE" and click on "Click here for New Registration" to generate your temporary credentials.

3. Fill out demographic information, cross-check everything, and click the "Save & Next" option.

4. Upload high-resolution scans of your Passport Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm), Signature (written with black ink, do not use CAPITAL letters), Left Thumb Impression, and a clear English Handwritten Declaration written in your own handwriting.

5. Submit the transaction fee securely via the integrated payment gateway.

6. Print out the system-generated application sheet and payment e-receipt for documentation checks down the line.

⚠️ Mandatory Bond: Selected candidates will be required to execute a financial Contract Bond of ₹2,00,000/- promising a minimum tenure of 2 continuous years of service at the bank.
